About the Role

As the Pharmacist-in-Charge, you’ll provide leadership for all aspects of pharmacy operations, including regulatory compliance, workflow optimization, quality assurance, inventory management, and staff development. You’ll partner closely with pharmacists, technicians, healthcare providers, and company leadership to ensure safe, accurate, and timely pharmacy services while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Schedule

This is a full-time, in-person leadership position based in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Participation in a remote on-call rotation is required, with occasional in-person response as operationally needed. As the pharmacy continues to grow, Saturday operations may be added in the future.

An active New Mexico Pharmacist License is required. Previous PIC or pharmacy leadership experience is strongly preferred, along with experience in long-term care, institutional, hospital, or other high-volume pharmacy settings.
