We’re looking for a Lead Pharmacist who doesn’t wait to be told what to do—someone who sees the workflow, understands the pressure, and steps in to make sure everything runs the way it should.

You’re the one:

• The team looks to when things get busy
• Who keeps the workflow moving without sacrificing accuracy
• Who solves problems in real time—not after the fact

You’ll partner closely with the PIC, but during your shift, you own the outcome.

A Day in This Role Looks Like

• Stepping into a fast-moving workflow and bringing structure to it
• Supporting technicians in real time—redirecting, coaching, adjusting
• Verifying prescriptions with both speed and precision
• Communicating with facilities when expectations need to be managed
• Keeping operations aligned, even when things don’t go as planned

No two days are identical—but the expectation is.

Schedule & Coverage

• Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• On-Call: Rotating monthy coverage (1 week per month)

What You Bring

• An active Pharmacist (RPh) license in Texas
• Experience in a high-volume or long-term care pharmacy setting
• Confidence in making decisions without waiting for direction
• A leadership mindset—even if your title hasn’t caught up yet
