Staff Pharmacist (RPh)

Legends Pharmacy is a closed-door long-term care pharmacy focused on accuracy, efficiency, and patient care—without the distractions of a traditional retail environment.
We are currently hiring for a Staff Pharmacist position to support evening shift operations and help maintain efficient pharmacy workflow alongside a strong technician team.
This opportunity is ideal for pharmacist who value structure, consistency, teamwork, and meaningful patient care within a fast-paced LTC setting.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Rotating on-call responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Verify prescription accuracy and oversee technician workflow
- Review prescription data entry, labeling, and medication preparation
- Support nursing facilities with medication-related questions and order management
- Ensure DEA compliance and controlled substance accuracy
- Assist with pharmacy workflow, inventory oversight, and operational support
- Collaborate with technicians and pharmacy leadership to maintain service excellence
Compensation
$131,040 – $140,000 annually + on-call pay.
